After an exhausting and successful week in Brighton, we returned home. Outdoor theatre is never just a case of rocking up and rehearsing. So many people help us deliver the show in each new space. We’d like to thank the following:
Kelly Turnbull (volunteers co-ordinator), Polly Barker, Chris Challis and Pippa Smith of Brighton Festival for making us feel welcome and for bringing us to Brighton.
Devils Dyke pub for a back stage area, which was spacious, dry and warm.
Our volunteers Patrick, Niki, Lorraine, Mark and Carla. Your enthusiasm and commitment was vital to helping make the best show possible.
Charlie and Graham at National Trust and Chris the farmer – for land access/use, parking and much more.
Alison and David Hirst
John and Alexandra Hancock
Malcolm Smale from Sustrans – particularly for riding with us during a very cold and very snowy site visit in January. Plus numerous site visits on his own!
Knights and Squires – for riding with us through the epic landscape. Also the sheer creativity which lead to a variety of horcycles as well as ‘titles’.
